2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service.
  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed service within the specified timeline and no work has been initiated.
  • Technical Error: If a payment was processed due to a system error.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed projects or services already delivered.
  • Ongoing projects where significant work has already been performed.
  • Customized solutions (AI chatbots, automation workflows, website builds) once development has started.
  • Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., late provision of content, approvals, or access credentials).

4. Refund Request Procedure
